“转向灯”新规已正式实施，转向不打转向灯也要罚款了？

最近，交通管理部门对汽车的灯光系统实施了新的管理规定。特别是对于转向灯的使用，制定了更为严格的规定和相应的处罚措施。

如果不按规定使用转向灯，一旦被交警或电子眼发现，车主将面临罚款300元的处罚。

新规定还明确规定：

在变道或转弯时，汽车必须打开转向灯，并且要持续开启3秒钟后再进行变道或转弯（在某些地区已实施）。

7种情况不打转向灯，罚款200元

1、超车不打转向灯，罚

竟然在网络上有人公然鼓吹：驾驶技术娴熟的老司机在想要超车时会选择抓住机会，而不是提前开启转向灯。

他们认为，如果打了转向灯，其他车辆将不愿意礼让，导致超车失败，并容易引发交通事故。

这种说法似乎暗示着如果不打转向灯，事故就不会发生一样。

如果在超车前不打转向灯，后车就无法获知你的行驶意图，会以为你将持续在原来的车道上行驶。然而，你突然决定变道或超车，让后车如何应对呢？

法律依据是《交通安全法实施条例》第四十七条：

在机动车超车时，驾驶员应提前打开左转向灯、适时切换远光灯和近光灯，或按喇叭示意。

而后车应在确认与前车有足够的安全距离后，从左侧超越前车。在与被超车辆保持必要的安全距离后，开启右转向灯，驶回原车道。

2、上下匝道不打转向灯，罚

更过分的还有这个网友，他认为：只有变线才需要打转向灯，左转、待转区、匝道都不用打转向灯，打了灯的都是有问题的，都在瞎打灯。

提出这样的问题，你是想挑战交通规则吗？真不知道这位网友是如何拿到驾照的。

无论是上匝道还是下匝道打转向灯，其目的都是为了向其他交通参与者传达你的行驶意图，让他们能够做出相应的反应和准备。如果不打转向灯就突然变道进入主道或匝道，后车如果没有保持安全距离，就会很容易导致交通事故的发生。

法律依据：《交通安全法实施条例》第七十九条　

机动车从匝道驶入高速公路，应当开启左转向灯，在不妨碍已在高速公路内的机动车正常行驶的情况下驶入车道。

机动车驶离高速公路时，应当开启右转向灯，驶入减速车道，降低车速后驶离。

3、左转/右转/变道/起步/靠边停车不打转向灯，罚

跟上述车主有同样想法的人不在少数，尤其在左转/右转上，有人就曾提出过质疑：都标明了左右转专用车道了，已经在车道里还必须打灯？

按照这个逻辑，看不见地上箭头标志的，是后车和行人自己的问题咯。

你只考虑后车，他也许知道你是要左转或是右转，但你考虑过对向或者侧面非机动车道的行人么？他们知道那个车道是左转右转专用道么？

打灯不一定只给后车看，还有其他道路参与者（包括其他机动车辆、非机动车辆以及行人）。他们未必看得到标志箭头；他们也未必知道你已经在左右转专用车道了，你不打灯他们怎么知道你的开车动向？

所以，只要行驶路线变了，就都有打灯的必要。

根据目前最新的驾考规定要求：起步、转向、变道、超车、靠边停车前不使用、错误使用、开转向灯不满3秒的情况，均会被判定为不合格。

法律依据：《交通安全法实施条例》第五十七条

机动车应当按照下列规定使用转向灯：

（一）向左转弯、向左变更车道、准备超车、驶离停车地点或者掉头时，应当提前开启左转向灯；

（二）向右转弯、向右变更车道、超车完毕驶回原车道、靠路边停车时，应当提前开启右转向灯。

小结

灯还是要打的，尤其是在有路线变动的时候。但打灯也要按规定来，要变道的需要提前打，不要临到路口了才打，这会让后车很恼火的；打灯时间可以久一些，比如规定说的3秒，只打1秒的也很让人摸不着头脑。记住，灯是给别人看的，这样就容易相互理解多一些了。
